As someone who has delved into various aspects of the business world, including customer success, SaaS platform creation, marketing, and sales, my true expertise lies in best-in-class project management, change management, and organizational transformation. 

While my certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, and Lean Six Sigma, are valuable, I believe that real-world experience is unparalleled in its significance and impact.

I have led 60-person project teams and a global team of 100+ project managers; migrated multi-brand, multi-national, multi-phased time constrained projects; criss-crossed the country to save a few Fortune 100 customer accounts by stepping in applying best practices in both project and change management to right the off-course ship.

I’ve been given awards and rewards and have also had a stapler thrown at my head for standing firm on what was best for the customer. I have been invited to DEMO where our CEO presented our sustainability SaaS platform my team created from air. I have rung the closing bell at NASDAQ and, in the same year, had the honor of conversing with Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor on Alzheimers, sustainability and leading a purpose-driven life. 

In my personal life, I co-created a charity that raised over $600K in 6 years to provide free spay/neuter surgeries to underserved, yet overdeserving, communities. “Find a handful of other people who share your vision and change the world”. I was blessed to join my mom in being a primary caregiver for my dad and, in that situation, embrace the opportunity to give back to him a portion of what he had given to me.

I have a proven track record of delivering results and helping businesses thrive in dynamic environments. I am a serial entrepreneur with over a decade deep in the startup trenches.  I’ve had the opportunity to oversee and get my hands dirty in the development of a wide range of hardware technologies and software solutions in the Customer Co-Creation, Cannabis, Cosmetics, Human Resources and Supply Chain/Logistics Sectors.

While I left college late in the game to start a robotics company and never earned a degree, my formal training is in robotic engineering and education. In addition to my seed-stage project development work, I am also a subject matter expert people operations and corporate culture consultant with over 4,000 public and private sector employees under management before the age of 30. I am also an experienced designer with a portfolio of work commissioned for fortune 500 companies and notable brands including 7-Eleven, DraftKings, and CHI Systems.

I am deeply passionate about helping business owners organize their vision into real tangible products that customers truly love made in workplaces where team members truly love bringing them to life.

I’ve never known a world without the internet. It’s no surprise that I’m drawn to all things social media and electronic. I’m passionate and driven to create content that’s engaging and exciting, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

My specialty is creating, curating, and producing content for various social media platforms. I’m always on top of the latest social media trends, algorithms, analytics, and best practices to keep our content original and compelling. It’s not just about getting likes and shares, though. I also use my knowledge to identify new business trends that can benefit our customers and help our company stay ahead of the game.

Collaboration and teamwork are key for me. I work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that our company’s outputs are consistent and excellent. I believe that the power of working together can achieve amazing things, and I’ve already had some incredible experiences. In fact, in 2022, I was lucky enough to be part of a Production Team that won an Emmy. That achievement has set a high bar for my career, and I’m determined to keep pushing myself to achieve even more in the future.
